I was at Boost with my Wife last time, but this place was much better than the Boost. The staff was so kind and gentle. The eye test went well quick and no any extra hassle. Got the result under 30min and a good explanation what i have to do. I fully recommend this place for eye Care. Very prompt time management which i like! Great work thanks!

Reply to owner. No I won't be giving you the time of day never mind going through a survey. I'll never use the Blaby specsavers again. Never had such a bad experience in ANY other specsavers or other opticians. Basically after I'd received my glasses they were found to be very poor lenses in them ( think looking through a prism). After that it was pass the buck whose fault it was. I also didn't spend a day looking at glasses in your shop for your assistant to tell me it was because my eyes were so wide apart and basically you had 1 pair in your whole shop that would work with the lenses. Eye test great work afterwards a shambles.
