I have always found the staff at Well pharmacy friendly and helpful. I'm not sure if it's because they're so small, but the problem I have is that often my required prescription medication is not available (and there is an additional wait for ordering in). This means I sometimes have to get prescriptions back to go elsewhere. A shame.
