I just want to thank the team for all the kindness, and professional help they gave me when selling my brothers house, this was from beginning to the end of the sale. There was nothing that was too much for them. I live in West Yorkshire so to sell the house from that distance could have been difficult, but they main life for me so easy.
Alana/Tony and team are very professional and have kept us upto date throughout via email, text, calls and of course the user friendly portal system unique to the buyer/seller. Nothing was to much trouble and definitely went above and beyond when things were not moving along. I have no doubt that we will use them again when needed and the service is second to none. If you have any doubt about using Hunters, you shouldnt.Ive dealt with Tony and Co on two occasions now, the first was for renting my first house and the second was for buying my first home.In the first case everything was brilliant, Id dealt with many lettings agents in the Leicester area prior to Hunters and was always left somewhat disappointed - however with these guys I was far from that. Any queries were resolved near enough instantly and communications were always brilliant. When It came to me moving out of the property I was genuinely saddened at the prospect of another lettings agency. These guys genuinely care for their tenants.When it came to my buying my first house I was pleased to find that the property I was interested in was marketed by Hunters. I gave Tony a quick call to see if I could get in for a viewing and he still recalled who I was, after well over a year since our last contact. Throughout the purchase the guys from Hunters were great, chasing up any questions I had and getting me answers within the hour. I was kept informed through the entire process and the guys were happy for me to call up for any additional updates I was after. They managed to get my own solicitor and the vendors solicitor moving faster than even I could, genuinely keeping the purchase moving when the legal side slowed down. Even now the purchase is completed Tony is happy to help point me to local vouched tradesmen for the work Im after.I couldnt rate these guys higher, if only more businesses were like this.Thanks so much for all your hard work and the incredible service you provide.
We originally brought our first property through Hunters two and a half years ago. They were extremely helpful then and as first time buyers we were completely new to the whole buying process, therefore due to the excellent service we received back then, we chose to go with them when we sold the property earlier this year and once again they didn't fail to deliver! They were on hand with any queries that we had, and put your minds at rest when required. They made the whole sales process less stressful and when we went to exchange the keys ready for the new vendor, they gave us a new home gift which I thought brought a personal touch. Would definitely recommend them and shall use them again in future (not that I plan on moving again any time soon!) Well done Tony and team
